Storyline
In the 2016 sci-fi thriller The 5th Wave, four devastating waves of increasingly deadly alien attacks have decimated most of Earth. Sixteen-year-old Cassie Sullivan is on the run, desperately trying to save her younger brother, Sam, before the imminent and lethal "5th Wave" wipes out the remaining human survivors. As she prepares for the final assault, Cassie teams up with a mysterious young man named Evan Walker, who may be her only hope. Along the way, she discovers that the "Others" (the invaders) have begun to look like humans, making it impossible to know who to trust as the military begins drafting children into a suspicious resistance force.
