Shrek Forever After

In Mike Mitchell's 2010 animated fantasy sequel Shrek Forever After (marketed as The Final Chapter), Shrek (voiced by Mike Myers) finds himself overwhelmed by domestic life. Tired of being a domesticated family man, dealing with noisy tourists, and feeling like a neutered celebrity rather than a feared, solitary ogre, Shrek snaps during his triplets' first birthday party. Taking advantage of Shrek's frustration, the devious deal-maker Rumpelstiltskin (Walt Dohrn) offers him a contract: live one day like a real ogre again in exchange for a single day from his past. Shrek agrees, but Rumpelstiltskin secretly takes the day Shrek was born. Thrust into an alternate timeline, Shrek discovers a dark reality where he was never born: Rumpelstiltskin rules Far Far Away as a tyrant, witches patrol the skies, Donkey (Eddie Murphy) is a mistreated pack mule, Puss in Boots (Antonio Banderas) is an overweight house cat, and Fiona (Cameron Diaz) is the battle-hardened leader of an underground ogre resistance movement who has no idea who Shrek is. To undo the magical contract before time runs out at sunrise, Shrek must win back Fiona's true love and defeat Rumpelstiltskin to reclaim his original life.
