Storyline
Risen (2016) follows Clavius (Joseph Fiennes), a weary and skeptical Roman military tribune in Judea. Following the crucifixion of Yeshua (Jesus), Pontius Pilate tasks Clavius and his aide Lucius (Tom Felton) with locating the missing body of the executed prophet to disprove rumors of a resurrection and prevent a Jewish uprising during Passover.
